By accessing and using the Linki website and services (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
2. Service Description
Linki provides a platform to connect students with international educational opportunities, institutions, and service partners. Our services include, but are not limited to, application assistance, visa guidance, and housing search.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Platform's registration forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
4. Limitation of Liability
Linki acts as an intermediary. While we strive to provide accurate information and quality support, we do not guarantee admission into any program or the successful acquisition of a visa. The final decision always rests with the institutions and consular authorities. Our liability is limited to the provision of the agreed-upon assistance services.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
